1. My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?
All Order are tracked. We will sort it with postage services if parcel has not arrived . Just get in touch with us via email or online chat

We will ship your order within 2 working days of cleared payment.
3. Not happy with your order :
If for any reason you are not happy please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and before returning any items via email or online chat.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the goods differs from that which was dispatched.

5. What items are returnable ?
Items are unused and resalable condition and in original packaging. Have to be returned in 30 day of purchase.
6. What items are non-refundable
The following items cannot be return : Gift cards and discounted items.
7. The item I received is damaged
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of delivered date
